We have been the oldest independent dealer in South Florida for 34 years. Since day one our customers have been our top priority and that’s why is important for us that all the calls are answer.
All the machines that are sold retail come with Full Parts and Labor Warranty for at least 90 days, depending on the machine. Once the warranty has expired, you can purchase one of our Service Contracts or simply call us and we will service your equipment.
RESPONSE TIME: When calling our office, you will be talking with one of our staff members, not an answering service. If it’s a problem or multiple problems with the machine, we like to obtain as much information to better understand what the problem is. We try to solve the problem over the phone to cut your down time. It might be a network issue which in that case you may need to contact your IT department. Based on the information we obtain from the call will determine what part the technician needs for the service call. Unless we have a technician in the area the service call will be done the following day.
PARTS: We believe that keeping parts in our inventory is essential; it allows our technicians to take care of the problem, cutting down on time and avoiding additional interruption to our client. We have thousands of parts on hand for Canon, Riso, and Ricoh, including the most replaceable parts such as drums, imaging units, transfer belts, fuser parts, or units.
